- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Spill Clean-Up Kit in accordance with the following mfg's: Natural Sorb, Cage 05CA7, P/N NSSK056; ARK ENTERPRISES, INC., CAGE 04WN4, P/N 11055; WASTE SOLUTIONS CORP CAGE 075H4, P/N 11055; SAFE TECH CAGE 1TKG2, P/N STS-KIT55; SORBENT PRODUCTS CO, CAGE 0AN94, P/NSKA-55/SP2; PCI PRODUCTS CO, CAGE 1CAC3, ENVIRO TECH CORP, CAGE 09FT3 P/N PASK55; SPHAG SORB SALES, CAGE 034Q8, P/N SS-55SRK; GSA INC., CAGE 0NH54, P/N 55 GALLON RESPONSE KIT. (Additional items will be cited in the solicitation) The award will be for a base year and four option years. The AEQ for the Base Year is 1615 KITS and 1292 for each Option Year. Delivery: FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Destination 30 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is or about 16 May 2005. The anticipated award date is 30 July 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
