Item approval by design control activity applies. Flight safety critical aircraft part. COQC required. CLIN 0001 quantity of 145 EA. CLIN 5001 quantity option of 145 EA. Surge not applicable. FOB destination. QAP-B02. Inspection/acceptance at origin. Delivery 149 DARO. Solicitation issued other than full & open competition and unrestricted. Delivery to depot at New Cumberland, PA.
