- PR-No.: IQC05091009003 NSN 1240-01-217-2357. MECHANICAL SCANNER ASSEMBLY. Approved source: AEROFLEX (88379) P/N 13225472. Estimated annual requirement is 36 each. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 36 each in 120 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 9-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be Government CONUS locations. Various Increments Solicited: 6-10; 11-24; 25-49; 50-100. Adequate specifications, plans or drawings are not available. ? This solicitation is unrestricted. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Alternate offerors must comply with the requirements stated in the solicitation including providing a complete drawing package with solicitation to the buyer. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. ? FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
