The proposed procurement anticipates a 12-month, all-or-none, Indefinite Quantity contract and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed three years. Pricing for incremental quantities is requested. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment for each year. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The quantity to be ordered and the ship sites will be specified at the time of award on delivery orders issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 17 May 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
