- Solicitation for NSN 6150-00-043-3535, YPG0419800075, Cable Assembly Power. Sole Source to Boeing Company Cage: 81205, P/N 29-21718-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Quantity is 7 each. FOB is Origin to W62G2T Sharpe Army DEP, Lathrop CA 95331. The Government intends to place an order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing basic ordering agreement(BOA). Delivery will be 180 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. QAP is 001. This is a Critical Item. This requirement is unrestricted under negotiated method of procurement. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) will be included. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Process payments are not authorized. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select “Search RFPs” form the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Any offeror other than the manufacturer or approved sources cited in the PID must furnish a SOURCE APPROVAL REQUEST PACKAGE. (FAR clause 52.217-9G04, Flight Safety Critical Part, Critical Application, Item Documentation Requirements). Failure to submit requested information 10 days after submitting your proposal will preclude your offer from consideration. Any dealer submitting response to this Request for Proposal must provide traceability that the OEM will supply the requested Part Number. Failure to submit requested information with your proposal will preclude your proposal from consideration. Solicitation issue date is December 20, 2004.
