- This amendment is issued to extend the closing date to May 9, 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, H92243-05-T-0028 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System DPAS) assigned rating for this procurement is DO. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03, effective 11 Apr 2005 and class deviations 2005o0001.
