- The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to Research Network Incorporated (RNI) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with FAR 12 and 13.5 through reference number 4THO21057140. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-03. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. 1.0 This CommServer III project will provide new 50 Commserver units and 70 upgraded units This amendment is to notify that this procurement will be done in compliance with FAR 6.302, FAR 12 and 13.5; and to update the notice to reflect the current FAC 05-03. All other information remains as originally posted. All information should be submitted via email to Ms. Kristen L. Eaves at kristen.eaves@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB April 29, 2005. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
