- Marine Corps Logistics Command intends to negotiate a non-competitive purchase order with Air Techniques of Maryland. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of a proposal is not anticipated The purchase order will provide for 99M Mask Leakage Testor Units (2ea), Small Test Heads for 99M (2ea), Material and Labor to Install Flex Cage Hardware (2ea), Accessory case for ?DOG-HOUSE? and tools for 99M. Joint Service Mask Leakage Tester (13ea), Material and labor to install Flex cage Hardware (13ea) and Accessory Case for DOG-House and tools JSMLT Testers. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within seven days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Such offers! must be supported by information to enable the Government to evaluate an offeror?s capability to manufacture this item without the Government providing technical data. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
