Description

Commander Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) is hosting the third CNRSE Facilities Support Contracts (FSC) Government/Industry Forum on 16 May 2005 at BOQ Conference Room, Building 11 Mustin Road, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Florida 32212. All current CNRSE FSC service providers are invited. CNRSE has Navy activities in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina. The forum will be a one-day event that will include the full spectrum of CNRSE FSC service providers as well as key government representatives in the FSC program and acquisition functions. Information and ideas of interest to this group will be shared with the continued intent of improving the general understanding of the 1) changing environment, 2) processes and approaches that may be used to balance resources with requirments and, 3) related issues and concerns from the government/industry exchange at the forum. However, new issued that may affect FSC contracts will also be discussed as appropriate. Discussion of specific contract actions or procurements in progress will be limited, as needed to appropriately preserve procurement integrity and business sensitive information. Otherwise, we welcome an open exhange and we are very interested in having you participate and share your views.
