- This notice has been canceled and will be re-issued under Reference number N68335-05-620900-02 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with Vision Systems International (VSI) for the F/A-18 Support Equipment Program. The Navy requires a complete Intermediate Logistics Package for the Helmet Mounted Test Set, P/N 620900-02-01. The logistics Package will include Maintenance Planning, Provisioning Requirements Statement, Calibration Measurement Requirements Statement, technical Manuals Contract Requirements and Maintenance Training if required. Vision Systems International the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and has the Proprietary Rights to all the drawings. The OEM is the only company with the knowledge, experience and proprietary data required to fulfill the requirements for the Logistics Package. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition.
