- This requirement is sole source to DH Instruments, Inc., 4765 E. Beautiful Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85044-4531. This item is not supplied by any other vendor and is a patented design applying today's modern techniques. Compatibility to existing equipment, necessitates this purchase from DHI. The products from DHI have met or exceeded requirements. Based on familiarity and compatibility, the Army Primary Standard Laboratory requires that this procurement be authorized. As a result of the market research, we feel that DHI is the only company that can satisfy agency requirements at this time.
