Description

This is a request for information only. Do not submit a Proposal or Quote. Department of the Army, Defense Contracting Command-Washington, The Pentagon on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OA SA M&RA)) is soliciting for information related to full-service and marketing communications agency in order to support personnel recruitment and retention programs throughout the Army. The advertising agency shall plan and execute advertising, promotiona l, and publicity programs to support all personnel acquisition and retention programs of the Headquarters, United States Army Accessions Command and the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve. USAAC activities will include the Headquarters, United States Recru iting Command and the Headquarters, United States Army Cadet Command. The intent is to award one contract to a full service marketing communications agency for five years, one base year with four one-year options. The Request for Proposal is scheduled for release o/a June 2005. The estimated value of this program is $800 million dollars over five years.
