- Sources Sought for Support: Comprehensive Assessment of DoD Human Factors Analysis Methodologies. Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, is conducting a market survey in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of Small Business participation and capability to perform the requirement summarized below and in accordance with the statement of work . Interested parties may access the Statement of Work at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/sole.htm Title: Comprehensive Assessment of DoD Human Factors Analysis Methodologies. The NAICS code is 541720 and size standard is $6MM. This is NOT a request for proposal. The Statement of Work (SOW) requires support to analyze the existing HFA capabilities within the DoD; validate the models, procedures, and processes in use by these organizations; determine the quality and usability of the products generated; assess the ef ficacy of supplementing analysis by the exploitation of open sources; and, identify other opportunities to improve DoD HFA efforts in support of Regional Combatant Commanders, the Joint Staff, and other senior Defense leaders. The expected period of performance will be six months from award date. Performance shall be within the NCR.
