Description
Sources Sought for Support: Human Factors Full-Spectrum Project. Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W), in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, is conducting a market survey in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of Small Business participation and capability to perform the requirement summarized below and in accordance with the statement of work . Interested parties may access the Statement of Work at: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/sole.htm Title: Human Factors Full-Spectrum Project. The NAICS code is 541720 and size standard is $6MM. This is NOT a request for proposal. The Statement of Work (SOW) requires support for two critical tasks: (1) develop rigorous analytic processes and methods for assessing the behaviors of mid-to-low level foreign military commanders and civilian leaders both as individuals and as groups, an d, (2) apply the results of these methods to perform dynamic simulations of the reactions of these individuals and groups to external influences. Once completed, the results of this study will be incorporated into operational support procedures within the DIAs HFAC and the resultant analytic products will be disseminated to the operational community via the nascent Human Factors IPTs collaborative portal. The expected period of performance will be one year from date of award. Performance shall be within the NCR.
