- We intend to award a sole-source contract to Oberon Associates, Inc, 4101 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg VA 22407 a service disabled, veteran-owned, small business (SDVOSB) under the authority of FAR 6-302-5(a)(2) for continuation of technical consulting s ervices in support of the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTIC) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, for the identification, development and implementation of comprehensive test and evaluation strategies for joint interoperability certification and operational test a nd evaluation for transformational, fielded, migration, and legacy intelligence systems programs and architectures. Oberon is familiar with the required methodologies and mechanisms, has a thorough understanding of the JITC mission and is the only known S DVOSB source that already has in-house personnel and clearances required for this effort. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming. Interested parties must respond by 2:00 PM MST, 03 May 2005.
