- Description
- The proposed procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5. The estimated price range of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project consists of renovation work of MEPS Building No. 116. Contractor shall provide labor and materials to renovate former X-Ray room and adjacent spaces, located in building 116 (MEPS), to functional mens and womans locker and shower facilities. The work will entail removal/ demolition of existing walls, doors, architectural woodwork, VCT/VCB, metal objects, electrical, plumbing, etc., as well as the construction/installation of new walls, new VCT/VCB, ceramic walls and floors, architectural wood work, new shower stalls, new lavatories, new electrical and plumbing. All work shall be performed in accordance with the solicitations Scope of Work. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about Thursday, May 12, 2005. Responsible Contractors may request a copy of the solicitation AFTER Monday, May 9, 2005. Solicitations will be issued electronically via email or fax. Solicitations will not be mailed, however pick-ups/walk-ins are welcomed. All prospective contractors shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract.
