- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to renew its cable television franchise agreement with the incumbent franchisee Charter Communications. The renewed non-exclusive franchise agreement for services includes but are not lim ited to, analog and digital cable television and high speed cable internet access to the Department of Army organizations, dormitory residences and post housing occupants on Fort Carson. In accordance with AR 25-1, dated 30 June 2004, a franchise for comm ercial satellite television service will not be issued. The Franchise is for cable television service only.
