Description

The Regional Contracting Office, Grafenwoehr, intends to negotiate solely with MPRI, Inc., 1201 E. Abingdon Drive, Suite 425, Alexandria, VA 22314, for continuous support for the USAREUR Senior Leadership Forum and the Land Combat Expo 2005. This re quirement is for a six-month period, not to exceed 30 November 2005 and is anticipated to be approximately $150,000. This continuation of services is necessary to allow continued performance of work previously accomplished under a GSA MOBIS schedule task order. The Government intends to negotiate solely with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The task order will be issued on approximately 15 May 2005. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
