- The 30 CONS intends to award a contract for Sports Officiating Services. The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, uniforms and materials necessary to officiate softball, basketball, volleyball, flag football, soccer, dodge ball, and hockey. Proposals are requested; the closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in attached solicitation documents. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. and Offeror Representations and Certifications will need to be online at http://orca.bpn.gov. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 713990. The Size Standard is $6.0M.
