- Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3C2MU5105A100 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is reserved for small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 442110 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. (v) Contract line items: See Schedule (vi) Item Description is as follows: See attached schedule or approved brand equal. (vii) Delivery is to be completed by 20 June 2004. Place of delivery is 5 MUNS, 401 Munitions Mall Blvd, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Attention: SSgt Eric Alvarez. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, will be accepted electronically through http://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx (Online Representation and Certifications). All payments will be electronically funded through Wide Area Work Flow. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, - 52.225-1, - 52.232-33, - 52.219-6, 252.232-7003, 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (xvi) All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time on Tuesday, 10 May 2005.
