Description

(1) The VA Medical Centers in Cincinnati, Ohio and Dayton, Ohio have a requirement for Laundry cleaning services for the following locations: Fisher House (located on VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH premises); Clermont County 4355 Ferguson Drive, Suite 270, Eastgate Professional Office Park, Cincinnati, OH 45245; Dearborn County 710 W. Eads Parkway, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025; Butler County, Wellness Center 1755A. South Erie Highway, Hamilton, OH 45011; Boone County, Monohan Development Company, 7711 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, KY 41042; and Dayton VA, Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428. (2) The period of performance is for a base period of 4 months, with options for two additional years of services. A solicitation will be posted on or around 06 May 2005. (3) The solicitation number will be 539-22-05. (4) The solicitation will be available at http://www.eps/gov/. (5) This solicitation is being done as full and open and is being issued under the authority of Part 13.5 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commerical/Items Services under FAR Part 12. (6) This will be solicited as Unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812331. (7) The solicitation package will include the Statement of Work (SOW), Department of Labor Wage and Determination rates and SF 1449, ?Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items?. (8) All Proposals are due no later than 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, May 20, 2005. Please reference the solicitation number, RFP 539-11-04, on your proposal. (9) No telephone calls will be accepted.
