Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Lompoc Contracting Office, Lompoc, California, intends to issue solicitation RFQ617-0040-5 for the provision of Outpatient Non-Residential Substance Abuse Program Counselor Services for the Federal Correctional Complex, Lompoc, California. Services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The contractor will facilitate a variety of Substance Abuse Program groups focused on assisting inmates in overcoming alcohol and/or substance abuse addiction problems. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option year period is 52 sessions. A session is defined as 1 hour. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 6, 2005 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The North American Industry Classification System is 621420. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated receipt of quotes is June 3, 2005. The solicitation is 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contract for which they are eligible.
