- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), United States and Foreign Commercial Service (USFCS) has a requirement to provide employee assessment support services. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work entitled, ?2005 Commercial Service Assessment?, dated April 20, 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number TAC11320590364 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. This requirement is a 100% small business set-a-side. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 and small business size standard is $6M.. The award will be based on best value utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price purchase order with a seven month period of performance will be awarded as a result of this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Proposal instructions and the evaluation criteria are included as included in Sections seven (7) and eight (8) in the attached Statement of Work. Offers are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. The following provisions and clauses applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, the following addendum clauses at 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, 52.212-3 Convict Labor; 52.222-19 Child Labor-Cooperation With Authorities and Remedies; 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.225-13 Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases.
