Quantity variance is plus or minus 0% .QAP 002 . Solicitation will be issued under 100% Small Business Set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a 1Q procurement. No surge requirement exists for the following NSN: 3615-01-490-4584. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 70 DARO for Stock.
