Description
Questions and Answers 1. Please clarify this statement. We need to know the responsibilities of the “Project Officer” and what part they play in coordinating the implementation of the plan. Will our primary project contact be the project manager assigned to this task through this Project Officer? Project Officers define program requirements, provide technical knowledge in the administration of government contracts, monitor technical aspects of contracts, and help resolve technical problems. 2. Please describe your training facility in Baltimore. a. Describe your conference room/training lab, please. Will Internet connections be available to the trainees? If not, can that be arranged? The conference room can accommodate 30 trainees. Internet connections are available. b. Will there be a DVD player in the conference room/training lab? Yes c. Will equipment be available to show PowerPoint presentations? Yes d. Will there be a technology/facility person onsite to assist with set-up and to ensure that equipment is functioning properly? Yes 3. The offer includes books and other training material. Is that agreeable, and should that be included in pricing, or is there another pricing mechanism we should follow? Please offer guidance on this. All allowable costs should be included in your quote. 4. Offeror seeks clarification regarding pricing fees for required outcomes without clearly stated guidelines by the Government in the area of timelines and customization fees. Government is seeking firm-fixed pricing The evaluation of quotes and the determination as to the “equality” of the product shall be the responsibility of the Government and shall be based on information provided by vendors. 5. Was this an error in the announcement? We are assuming that you meant “quality” of the product. If not, clarify. Quality is correct NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-MAR-2005).
