- Description
- In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, Attachment B, Section B.1, dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a public-private standard competition of the commercial activity functions characterized as Grants Management Support Services. Grants Management Support Services includes: I. Pre-Award Planning Support Services II. Grant Application Processing & Award Support Services III. Post-Award Processing Support Services IV. Grant Closeout Processing Support Services V. Support to Payment Program Services VI. Support for Crosscutting Services These support services are performed at the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), in Washington, DC. These services are currently being performed by a combination of Government and contractor personnel totaling approximately 115 full time equivalents (FTE). The competition is expected to be completed within 18 months of this announcement (February, 2006).
