- Description
- To rehabilitate previously burned areas by applying various vegetation manipulation techniques. Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, materials, water, vehicles, seed, and equipment in performance of the Tasks outlined below -Purchase, and store until needed, the proper seed mixes and mycorrhizae for various seeding treatments decribed in the Statement of Work -Reseed areas on Mountain Home AFB, Small Arms Range off base, Saylor Creek Range, and Juniper Butte Range. -Reseed berms on 1 acre sites and at the North and South SAM sites on JBR. -Mow selected areas on JBR as firebreaks. -Survey and spray for Idaho State Listed Noxious Weeds on BLM issued ROWs. -Control Russian thistle on Juniper Butte Range. -Provide sterilization on all one-acre and ¼ acre emitter sites, Rattlesnake Radar Station, and Grasmere EC site. -Eliminate Halogeton in playas on MHAFB and Small Arms Range off base. -Repair fencing damaged by controlled burns. -Repair and maintain MHAFB owned drill-seeding equipment used in this project NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2005).
