- Scope of Work consists of but is not strictly limited to, "Electrical Service Upgrade". Work includes the upgrade of existing primary electrical service system with new system rated at 120/208 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire. Replace the existing secondary distribution panels with new panels rated at 120/208 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire. Provide new power feeders to the new panels sized as required to compensate for voltage drop and meet the nameplate size of the new panels. Provide new emergency power system to meet the emergency requirements of the federal facility. Work will be performed at the Charles A.Halleck Federal Building in Lafayette, Indiana. The contract completion time is 120 calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 238210 with a size standard of $12 Million. The estimated cost range is between $350,000.00 and $400,000.00. Funding for this project is currently unavailable. Specifications will be available on or about May 10, 2005. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet site http://www.eps.gov. Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents.
