- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number RFQ-05-0478 is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Notice: This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 323119 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. Place of delivery is Burea of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blud Mound Road, Fort Worth,TX.76131. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with offer submitted online eathttp://orca.bpn.gov/. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Clause52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33, 52.219-6.
