- The Regional Contracting Office Northeast, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for support services for Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Programs (Lifelong Learning) at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps installations worldwide. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods commencing approximately 1 October 2005. The quantities and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is in the next 30-60 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses in the 8(a) program. All interested parties must be registered in the CCR. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the refere! nced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any. Please do not call the contact listed above for questions regarding the solicitation.
