- The government intends to award a best value custodial contract for work to be performed at the Kilauea Point Lighthouse, Kilauea Kauai, Hawaii. The anticipated performance period consists of a base year, with the possibility of four 1-year option renewals. The estimated start date of the base year is May 23, 2005. All cleaning supplies and equipment except for wiping cloths will be supplied by the government.
