PRON: AX5F0360AXAX, NSN: 1615-01-158-9517, PN: 70361-03009-047, Quantity: 5 each, applicable to the UH-60, with deliveries to Jacksonville, FL. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 5 each, 390 days after contract award (DACA). The First Artic le Test Report is due 286 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 5 each, 298 DACA.This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286, and W & G Machine Co. Inc., Cage Code 33682 because this part requires engineer ing source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval i n order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy related to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirem ents. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close p rior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release ou tside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
