- This requirement has a geographical restriction . For this procurement, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8 (a) firms within the geographical area serviced by the SBA San Antonio District Office, which have an assigned NAI C Code 236220 which is approved for 8(a) participation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Subject request for proposal will result in an Indefinite Delivey/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishisng of all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transporation necessary to provide interior and exterior painting/repair and maintenance for historicsl and non-historical buildings located on Ft. Sam Houston and Camp Bullis T exas in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 June 2005 with an anticipated award date of 15 August 2005. Base year of the IDIQ contract is one year with four year options (not to exceed 5 year s). A pre-proposal conference will be held, the date, time and location of which will be provided in the solicitation.
