- Description
- The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to procure support services to provide the US Army Armor Centet (USAARMC), Ft. Knox, with training and research development products for Mounted Forced. USAARMC will serve as the user representat ive in the development of training methodologies and products, concepts, doctrine, organization requirements, and material requirements for each functional area. The executive agent for this erffort is the Directorate of Training and Doctrine Development (DTDD), Ft. Knox, KY. The effort will be accomplished by the integration of virtual, constructive and live training; exploiting existing and emerging technologies; studies and analysis; experiments, exercises, and both training and doctrine development. C ontractor expertise and services are required to support DTDD for the Mounted Forces in initiating, developing, assessing, analyzing, staffing and integrating and documenting concepts, in developing doctrine, organization requirements, material requirement s, and producing training and doctrine products. This requirement includes services to support the DTDD with its focus on training support to the war fighter leveraging technologies, battlefield digitization, developing issues, seeking solutions, demonstr ating alternatives, and coordinating projects. The services will be performed at both Contractor and Government facilities. This action will be solicited on a full and open competition for Multiple Award IDIQ Contract with the goal of reserving one for s mall business. The Government reserves the right to award either single award or multiple award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS Code is 541990 with a Business Size Standard of $6.0 Mil. The period of performance will be a base year with (4) four one-year options.
