- NOTE:THIS REQUIREMENT HAS NOT YET BEEN FUNDED. ONCE IT IS FUNDED THE SITE VISIT RESERVATION FORM WILL BE ATTACHED, AND A NEW RESPONSE DATE WILL BE DETERMINED. This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the Repair HVAC, Consolidated Club Facility, Project No. LJYC 05-1039. All potential offerors must submit the attached letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs (3:00 PM), on 2 May 05. Emails will be accepted. Any interested party that does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award; therefore, any proposal submitted will be considered non-responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. POC for this acquisition is SSgt Todd Coleman at 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 316-8084. Any letters received late shall be deemed non-responsive. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $25,000 to $100,000. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION. DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. EFFECTIVE 1 JAN 2005, NO AWARD WILL BE MADE TO ANY CONTRACTOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT CCR REGISTRATION.
