- This is a sole source requirement for a first article requirement for backplane assemblies. This action is a modification to a contract action awarded under contract FA8509-04-C-0049. The applicable NSN is 5998-01-521-8262SO for a quantity of 1 each first article. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: two (2) months ARO. A firm-fixed price solicitation and contract modification will be issued to Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corp, CAGE: 88188. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
