- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2U2115105A100 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03 and DCN 20050422 edition. This procurement is being issued as 100% HUBZone small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999; Size Standard: 500 employees applies. This is a brand name or equal requirement. If an ?or equal? is quoted, descriptive literature and specifications/drawings must accompany your quote pursuant to FAR 52.211-6 ? Brand Name or Equal. The requirement is for: CLIN: 0001; Nomenclature: Shower Unit, Portable, Quantity: One (1); Unit of Issue: Each; Specifications: Height: 12? approx.; Overall Length: 32? approx; Width: 8-6:; Holding Tank Capacity: 600gallons ? gray water/400 gallons ? black water; Air Conditioned; heated hot/cold running water; two (2) 50 gallon LPG water heaters; four (4) 60 lb. LPG cylinders; seamless fiber glass walls; non-skid epoxy floors; solid plastic partitions; fiber glass exterior walls; Trailer Layout: Women?s Side: three (3) aluminum shower stalls with dressing area and fold down benched; one (1) toilet with stainless steel partitions; one (1) lavatory in vanity with mirror; overhead lighting; one (1) entry/exist door; Men?s Side: three (3) aluminum shower stalls with dressing area and fold down benched; one (1) toilet with stainless steel partitions; one (1) lavatory in vanity with mirror; overhead lighting; one (1) entry/exist door; Power Requirements: access to main power source within 100? of trailer location, as well as three (3) 20-amp, 100v circuits are necessary for full-function use of trailer. Standard 3-prong Edison plug outlets are required; Water Supply: access to a water source with 30-50 PSI within 100? of trailer location; standard garden hose filling is required for water service to trailer; trailer shall be dual-axle and road legal with appropriate tail lights and electrical hook-up; exterior lighting at entrance/exit doors required. Top Hat Mobil Shower No. 240 or equal. This requirement is for delivery FOB Destination to Luke AFB, Arizona. Price shall include all costs/fees necessary for on-site delivery, set-up, connections and customer orientation. Be sure to specify proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their quote, which can be found at http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil. The clause at FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration. and 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference 52.219-3, Notice of HUBZone Set Aside; 52.247-34, FOB Destination are applicable.
