- Sealed bid to provide all labor and materials for the following: Remove and replace the four existing rooftop HVAC units supplying the bays with four new energy efficient packaged gas fire heated and electric cooling rooftop units. Unit capacities shall match the existing (approx. 10 tons cooling and 50 MBH heating per unit) 20 % fresh air. Provide new controls for each unit. New controls shall be similar to Tracker BAS version 12. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 0900hrs, Wednesday, May 11, 2005 in building 11-215, Facility Maintenance, of Gary Job Corps Center. The bid opening will be held in the same building at 1400hrs, Wednesday, May 25, 2005. Project costs are estimated at less than $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration.
