Description

Sealed bid to provide all labor and materials for the following: Replace the existing AHU with dual circuit AHU housing two 10 ton cooling coils. Use existing controls and ductwork to the extent possible. The units shall be similar to Building 7-216 (Carrier mod. 40RM-024-b511GC) and be capable of relocation when the building is demolished. Provide all material and labor for a complete installation. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 1500hrs, Wednesday, May 11, 2005 in building 11-215, Facility Maintenance, of Gary Job Corps Center. The bid opening will be held in the same building at 1500hrs, Wednesday, May 25, 2005. Project costs are estimated at less than $25,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration.
