- Description
- The IDIQ soliocitation is for tree thinning, stand improvement, and fuels management activities on the Williams/Tusayan Ranger Districts, Kaibab National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed over the entire unit. The services in this contract are designed to provide for wildfire hazard reduction and related services. This contract requires vegetation manipulation and prescribe burning assistance in compliance with its terms, specifications and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform all work necessary to conduct thinning, lop and scatter, mechanical and hand piling, fireline construction and maintenance, fuels pullback and piling, and requested holding and mop-up until released by the COR. This Solicitation will issue on or about May 15, 2005.
