Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to repair the South Pass Lighthouse, at USCG Aids to Navigation Venice, Plaquemines County, LA. a) Replace in kind the main entrance door; b) Construct second level exterior door outside of existing deteriorated wood door; c) Replace three (03) exterior windows on spiral stairway cylinder; d) Dewater bottom level of lighthouse. The performance period is sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
