- The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Section 8 Rent Comparability Study services for the Chesapeake Multifamily Hub for projects located within the Hub’s jurisdiction of the state of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Performance will commence on May 1, 2005. The NAICS code is 531320, with a size standard of $1.5 million average annual receipts for the past three years. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available on or after March 10, 2005. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFQ via the FedBizOpps website or by accessing the following web page: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on the Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site. Potential offerors who download copies of the RFQ must also check this page for any additional posting(s) concerning subject procurement. Potential offerors who download a copy of the RFQ from HUD's Home Page WILL NOT automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation. ALL AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON HUD'S WEB SITES.
