5TX0069 General Services Administration Seeks Sources for Leased Office Space in Plano, TX Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 32,900 rentable square feet yielding approximately 28,600 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Plano, TX to be occupied by the United States District Courts along with 7 secured/reserved, onsite official vehicle spaces and approximately 26 unsecured visitor and employee parking spaces. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: North: Highway 121 South: Park Boulevard East: I-75 West: Dallas Tollway The Government reserves the right to reject any building that does not meet agency requirements upon submission of the expression of interest due to the nature of the proposed tenant agency’s mission. No further notification will be required on the part of the Government. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about August 1, 2005. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for “as is” space and any standard TI’s offered. Written responses are required no later than February 16, 2005; verbal responses will not be considered. Arrangements will be made for inspection of properties within two-four weeks of the aforementioned due date.
