- NAICS Code: 541710 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to enter into negotiations with Dr. Chris Gleanings, 2005 Hanover Ave. Richmond, VA 23220, to conduct statistical analysis of mixture data using the threshold additive model of Gennings et al., 1997 (Journal of Agricultural, Biological and Environmental Statistics, 1997, 2:198-211). The U.S. EPA believes Dr. Gennings is the only vendor capable of satisfying this requirement. The period of performance is expected to be from the date of award for twelve (12) months. No request for quotation is available and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested, responsible, sources must respond within 15 days of the date of this announcement. Interested vendors shall: 1) include information on the proposed services which clearly supports the requirements outlined above and; 2) provide itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days of this notice to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government an order will be placed with Dr. Chris Gennings.
