- NAICS Code: 511210 The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Environmental Information (OEI), Office of Technology Operations and Planning (OTOP), anticipates conducting a firm fixed price, commercial FAR 13.5 buy for a System Vulnerability Management tool. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to institute a vulnerability management (VM) program to proactively identify and eliminate system vulnerabilities. A major part of this effort is accomplished using a VM tool. These tools scan the hosts on the network, identify the vulnerabilities they have, produce a customized report, and in some cases correct the vulnerability automatically. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The Size Standard is $21.0 million. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Commercial type with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the internet on or about 21 April 2005. Quotes shall be due seven (7) days after the RFQ issuance date.
