- THIS REQUIREMENTS IS FOR MOBILE HANDHELD RADIOS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT AT MCRD PARIIS ISLAND, SC. THIS IS A SMALL BUINESS SETASIDE NAICS CODE 334220 AND 423620 APPLIES. QUOTERS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING NOTES. 1. Ensure section 52.212-3 is completed and sign the solicitation (SF 1449) on block 30a. 2. Provide at least three (3) Past Performance References.
