- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competition basis for telephone and data communications services in support of the Naval Support Activity, (NSA) Philadelphia PA, the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, (PNBC) Philadelphia, PA the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, (NAVFAC) Lester PA. Subject acquisition will be processed as a Commerical Items IAW FAR part 12. The estimated number of telephone #?s at NSA Phila. PA is 9,000, 3,400 at PNBC and 345 at NAVFAC. Vendor to provide analog and integrated services digital network, and a tele-management system to provide a wide variety of on line customer support services. Vendor to provide on site maintenance support at both NSA and PNBC, the technician at PNBC will also support NAVFAC. The hours of on site maintenance support will be Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The NAICS code is 517110. It is anticipated that the submittal of a technical proposal will be required and it is also anticipated that a firm fixed price service contract will be the result of this acquisition effort. The period of performance under subject requirement will consist of a 12 month base along with four one year option periods starting 1 October 05 thru 30 September 06.
