- The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a sole source basis to Electrical Equipment Co., 3798 Village Ave., Norfolk, VA 23502, the authorized distributor for four (4) each Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) Part No. 1335F-B060V-AA-CB-CF-HA2C-UL Torque AC Drive, adjustable frequency, 460VAC, 75HP, 96AMPS, IP20, Type 1, Option AA, Frame Size D, drive circuit breaker, circuit breaker disconnect, 460/120V control power transformer, HJ2C human interface module (digital), 115VAC control interface. Drive shall be UL rated. Delivery is FOB Destination to Norfolk, VA. The RFQ will be available on or about 21 April 2005 by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 335314. The size standard is no more than 750 employees. The FSC Code is 5945. The RFQ solicitation and any subsequent amendments will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue! hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
