- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, on-site preventative and remedial maintenance service for all hardware and software components of an existing Honeywell, Inc. fire detection system. The Honeywell office that will support this effort is located at 7870 Villa Park, Suite 900 Richmond, VA 23228-6514. This support will allow for corrective software revisions and factory supported calibration and sensitivity level adjustments to stay within ! U.L. limits. Honeywell is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the hardware and software to be supported. Honeywell retains proprietary rights on all their licenses and standard commercial software updates. A one-year order will be awarded. See Note 22. Interested parties other than Honeywell, Inc. must be able to demonstrate their capability to provide the requested equipment.
