- Provide all Labor, materials, and equipment to design and construct an addition to the existing headquarters building, and remodeling of the existing headquarters building. The period of performance including the design process is 293 days from formal notice to proceed. The Value of the procurement is $100,000 to $500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 17, 2005 with a closing date of on or about June 16, 2005. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the solicitation to 303-236-4791, Attention: Gerri Sylliaasen.
